Staffing Consultant Job Description:
PrideStaff is seeking a Staffing Consultant to join our new office in Phoenix,AZ. The Staffing Consultant will work in a fast paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for positions in various industries including light industrial and manufacturing. The ideal Staffing Consultant is bilingual in Spanish, has solid experience in the staffing industry, can quickly evaluate a candidate's skills and abilities while prioritizing the needs of the office. The Staffing Consultant is a full-time, in office, direct hire position with an outstanding new team in Phoenix, AZ.
Staffing Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking
- Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
- Perform Reference & Background Checks
- Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Prescreen For Core Positions
- Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
- Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job
- Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients
Staffing Consultant Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- AA Required, BA/BS Preferred But Not Required
- 3+ Years of Recruiting Experience in Light Industrial Required
- Must be Able to Type 30 wpm
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred
- Solid Understanding of MS Office & Excel
- Demonstrates Superb Communication & Time Management Skills
