Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
3. Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
4. "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
5. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
6. Actively seek out customers in store
7. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
8. Process POS (point of sale) purchases
9. Cross sell products
10. Handle returns of merchandise
11. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
12. Build productive trust relationships with customers
13. Stock and process shipment as needed
