Solicitor - Personal Injury - Northampton
We are looking for an organised individual to join our close knit team and develop positive, effective working relationships with their colleagues. Work is sourced firm wide.
The work
- accidents at work (but generally not industrial disease)
- public liability accidents (i.e. trips & slips, etc.)
- road traffic accidents (but generally not whiplash)
- clinical negligence, but not cases against therapists; or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury
- inquests
As well as:
- shock cases
- group actions
- product liability cases
- CICA
- Industrial disease cases
- Most of the work is conducted on CFAs, but taking out ATE is rare.
Skills/ experience required
- Candidate must be at least 3 years PQE
- Must be computer literate and know how to use:
- Claim management software
- Claims Portal
- AskMID
- AskCue
- MedCo
- ELTO
- Court Portal
- High Court Portal
Candidates must be self‑sufficient and well organised as work is via the branch offices and personal reputation, not via paying referral fees.
Location: Northampton Office
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15 with a one hour lunch break
Position: Permanent
