Job Details\nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations at project sites, coordinate with various stakeholders, and supervise our dedicated team of construction professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation

Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs

Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline

Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers

Create schedules for workers and subcontractors

Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly

Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary

Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines

Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing commercial construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in using construction management software and tools

OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and best practices

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required

Job Details

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will work directly with clients to develop and sustain excellent relationships. Tax Managers advise clients on a full spectrum of individual, partnership, corporate, and trust and estate tax services. Participation in the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients are among their responsibilities. Tax managers will be responsible for scheduling & managing workflow with staff & seniors as well as providing timely & constructive feedback. We ensure that our tax personnel keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law and have the ability to provide our clients with in depth industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:\nReviews work on client engagements to ensure firm’s quality control procedures are followed.\nInforms partners of progress on engagements on a continuous basis. Identifies technical issues and brings recommended solutions to partner’s attention for timely action.\nProvides training, leadership, recognition, and administrative direction to motivate and develop team members.\nStrong understanding of U.S. tax laws as it relates to ownership of foreign entities by a U.S. person.\nCompletes performance reviews and provides timely / constructive feedback.\nUnderstands the economics of the firm’s practice. Has direct client billing responsibility.\nSupports management with decisions pertaining to policies and procedures and brings that support to the team.\nAccepts other administrative and supervisory responsibilities, including recruiting and leading professional development conferences as required.\nAbility to mentor and train staff / seniors.\nStays current on technical and regulatory issues.

You should have the following\nMinimum 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience\nCPA required\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire
