The Digital Engagement Marketing Consultant position on the CSBB Branch Banking/Consumer Segments/Digital Engagement Marketing team focuses on implementing the execution of program management of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have skills in marketing campaign execution plans across various marketing channels included but not limited to: digital paid media, social media, digital on-us, email, in-branch, print, and ATM. The candidate must have analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate campaign performance data and formulate effective marketing program execution recommendations across multiple channels to optimize performance.

Key responsibilities within this position includes:

Support implementation and maintenance of multi-channel complex marketing initiatives from conception to completion- includes opportunity sizing, proof of concept design and testing, and managing overall program implementation in a timely fashion.
Execute campaign deliverables and proactively communicate progress of key milestones to stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables to meet agreed upon launch dates.
Analyze data and report and recommend improvements to management regarding marketing performance and optimization
Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
Utilize a customer centric focus across marketing plans to ensure the marketing experience meets and exceeds customer needs and expectations.
Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
Collaborate and consult with other product marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units, alliance partners marketing team, business partners and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

3 years of marketing campaign management and execution experience
Experience implementing integrated direct marketing programs using digital channels
Ability to recognize trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into recommendations
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
