10+ years of senior product leadership experience, ideally within product‑led, technology, or professional services organizations

Experience leading and managing large, global teams (100+), with success in matrixed environments

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans

Creative, organized, and self‑starting leader with a bias toward action and outcomes

The applicable base salary range for this role is $211,200 to $316,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
