Job Summary\nTerraForm Power is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team and will report to the General Counsel. The Senior Paralegal will be an integral member of TerraForm Power’s legal team and will provide support on all legal matters.

Responsibilities\nManage TerraForm Power’s 300+ subsidiaries, including creation/dissolution of entities, drafting of LLCAs and other organizational documents.\nMaintain corporate organizational charts and entity listings.\nSupport on corporate governance matters, including drafting of board consents and minutes; maintenance of minute books and records for all subsidiaries.\nCoordinate director & officer slate changes and draft necessary corporate and regulatory documents for any changes.\nRespond to KYC requests from external stakeholders, including banks and other financial institutions.\nManage contraction execution to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.\nAssist internal counsel on transaction execution, including preparation and population of virtual data rooms, interaction with various internal business units and outside counsel as required, and drafting and review of closing deliverables, such as resolutions and officer’s certifications.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on compliance and regulatory matters, including regarding FERC.\nReview and process legal invoices and provide support on legal billing matters.\nProvide notary public services.\nGeneral support on all other matters handled by the TerraForm Power legal team.

Requirements\nAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to work under tight deadlines.\nA strong collaborator and team-player with demonstrated success in building relationships across an organization.\nStrong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nHighly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.\nEffective communication skills, both oral and written.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with all organizational levels.\nResourceful, confident and independent self-starter.

Qualifications\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced and dynamic law firm or in-house environment.\nParalegal diploma or equivalent education/experience.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Vizio as well as knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 USD, bonus eligible

Job Summary\nTerraForm Power is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team and will report to the General Counsel. The Senior Paralegal will be an integral member of TerraForm Power’s legal team and will provide support on all legal matters.

Responsibilities

Manage TerraForm Power’s 300+ subsidiaries, including creation/dissolution of entities, drafting of LLCAs and other organizational documents.

Maintain corporate organizational charts and entity listings.

Support on corporate governance matters, including drafting of board consents and minutes; maintenance of minute books and records for all subsidiaries.

Coordinate director & officer slate changes and draft necessary corporate and regulatory documents for any changes.

Respond to KYC requests from external stakeholders, including banks and other financial institutions.

Manage contraction execution to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Assist internal counsel on transaction execution, including preparation and population of virtual data rooms, interaction with various internal business units and outside counsel as required, and drafting and review of closing deliverables, such as resolutions and officer’s certifications.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on compliance and regulatory matters, including regarding FERC.

Review and process legal invoices and provide support on legal billing matters.

Provide notary public services.

General support on all other matters handled by the TerraForm Power legal team.

A strong collaborator and team-player with demonstrated success in building relationships across an organization.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced and dynamic law firm or in-house environment.

Paralegal diploma or equivalent education/experience.

High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Vizio as well as knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 USD, bonus eligible
