This is not full-time and is not part-time. All our merchandisers are on an as needed basis. Please understand this, I'd hate to waste your time. Most of our work is considered project work, consisting mostly of jobs that take 1 hour to complete. The exception is when we have resets or other jobs that require more time in the store.\nMerchandisers who work for SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) are the heart and soul of our company. Our merchandisers are well-rounded and have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, building racks and displays, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement & planogram implementation and maintenance. They use their friendly, outgoing personalities to build strong store relationships while meeting the needs of our clients.\nPayrates -$15.00- $17.00. Payrate varies by client, not experience.\nWho We're Looking For:

Must have an Android -or- iPhone, internet access and know how to access Google from your phone\nProfessional appearance and demeanor\nPlanograms: 1 year- You must understand how to read and implement planograms.\nMerchandising: 1 year\nResets: 1 year\nSpeak and read English\nMust have access to a printer when needed\nMust have reliable transportation\nValid, NON- expired Driver's License required\nAble to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles)\nPhysical Demands:

Bending, crouching, kneeling, twisting, repetitive hand movements, extending arms upward and downward, walking and in some circumstances standing for long periods of time\nLifting and/or transporting boxes up to 10 lbs.\nDisclaimer!!! This should not be considered full-time work and should not be considered as part-time work. In most circumstances, this work should be considered along the lines as gig work. Like some other merchandising companies, we may not always have work readily available in your immediate area.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets

Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement

Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage

Build strong relationships with store managers and staff

Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app

Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail merchandising or reset experience (1+ years preferred)

Ability to read and execute planograms

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Smartphone with data plan for reporting

Self-motivated and able to work independently
