Grading Foreman

based out of Albany, GA. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.\nMain Responsibilities

Supervises various phases of a grading operation, in a safe and productive manner.\nMust be able to read and interpret plans.\nMust have the knowledge and ability to set and check grade.\nMust have excellent communication skills.\nResponsible for implementing environmental, health and safety regulations and policies (local, state and government).\nResponsible for safe operation of equipment and keeping it in good working order including good housekeeping.\nResponsible for planning, organizing and coordination of daily activities and work assignments for your team.\nAnalyze construction equipment and trucking requirements on the job.\nMaintain daily records of all significant project facts, events and conditions.\nAbility to recognize potential problems before breakdowns occur.\nMust have the ability to work safely and follow the policies and procedures of the company.\nMust instruct and train employees and ensure the safety of the workers.\nMust accurately track and report daily work hours for crew, equipment utilization and quantities of work performed.\nQualifications
