Associate Director, Wealth Fund Management and Distributer Onboarding

Join Macquarie Asset Management to partner with the fund management, compliance, legal and tax structuring teams to deliver client focused solutions. The team you will be joining provides oversight of the financial operations and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to our distribution partners.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3-4 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

Your role will oversee the finance, accounting, and distributor servicing functions for US Alternatives/Wealth funds, ensuring robust financial control, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will manage a multi?disciplinary team, coordinate audits, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support fund operations and digital initiatives.

Salary range for this position: $225,000 - $285,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Qualifications

Proven experience in financial control, fund accounting, and SEC/investor reporting for funds regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934
Strong background in managing audits and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion
Demonstrated ability to oversee external service providers, including Fund Administrators, Transfer Agents, and custodians
Track record of building and maintaining robust control frameworks and processes to support regulatory certifications (10?K, 10?Q, SOX)
Experience leading teams, collaborating with senior leadership, and working on digital and technology initiatives within financial services.

What role will you play?\nAs a Junior Associate on the Real Estate team, you will support the acquisition, management, and disposition of our real estate investments (both direct real estate and platform investments) in the U.S. As an investment professional in our Real Estate team, you will be an integral part of deal teams investing and managing opportunistic investments while working closely with senior members of the U.S. team. You will work with the senior team to source and execute new investment opportunities, assist with due diligence and other analysis of real estate assets and platform companies operating in the real estate sector.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $135,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

At least 3 years’ experience within investment banking, private equity, or funds management

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant subject

Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of corporate finance, investment and business reporting

Any knowledge and experience you have in the real estate sector is advantageous
