Responsibilities:

Lead Hoshin planning, directly apply Lean principles to strategic plans, and develop process and resources for plant lean plans.
Set strategy for regional evolution and align people to a vision mobilizing resources in a matrixed organization.
Develop and oversee site continuous improvement journeys.
Hands?on involvement in the job to promote engagement through all levels.
Assure the site adopts and embed the defined best practices as defined within the framework.
Measure and monetize the impact of improvements.
Analyze Strategic Goals to establish potential projects that contribute to tangible results across multiple sites or locations.
Support the facilities in culture change, main goals, and engagement through continuous improvement activities.
Site visits and travel up to 25% regionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field a benefit, but not required.
7+ years of progressive and related experience with specific focus in continuous improvement and demonstrated hands?on involvement.
Career experience in manufacturing, logistics, paints, coatings, or related.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Six Sigma certification (or previously certified); Black Belt certified is preferred.
Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment leading Kaizen and Continuous Improvement projects.
Knowledge and application of Root Cause Analysis.
Determination for action and an ability to create programs to improve, providing examples of tangible results.

Set strategy for regional evolution and align people to a vision mobilizing resources in a matrixed organization.

Develop and oversee site continuous improvement journeys.

Hands‑on involvement in the job to promote engagement through all levels.

Assure the site adopts and embeds the defined best practices as defined within the framework.

Measure and monetize the impact of improvements.

Analyze Strategic Goals to establish potential projects that contribute to tangible results across multiple sites or locations.

Support the facilities in culture change, main goals, and engagement through continuous improvement activities.

Site visits and travel up to 25% regionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field a benefit, but not required.

7+ years of progressive and related experience with specific focus in continuous improvement and demonstrated hands‑on involvement.

Career experience in manufacturing, logistics, paints, coatings, or related.

Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Six Sigma certification (or previously certified); Black Belt certified is preferred.

Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment leading Kaizen and Continuous Improvement projects.

Knowledge and application of Root Cause Analysis.

Determination for action and an ability to create programs to improve, providing examples of tangible results.

Continuous Improvement Specialist , you will coordinate processes and lead the execution of continuous improvement strategies of the site. You will identify, scope, drive and deliver results for CI projects; responsibilities include project selection, scope and overall assignment, launch, prioritization tracking and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Assess and deploy CI development plans and set goals responsibilities.

Define, maintain and align KPI targets with site business strategy.

Work with leaders, engineers, and operators to coach/mentor CI methodologies. Ensure the instruction and use of key best practices (e.g., LSS, kaizen, DMAIC, GB/YB, 5S, value stream mapping).

Conduct LSS Assessments, define action plans to close gaps and track execution across departments.

Work with Operators to ensure they are appropriately trained

Aid Operators to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies using best practice CI tools/techniques.

Align with Quality Assurance to deliver robust and cost-effective end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or other suitable technical field, Master's degree preferred

5 years+ proven experience with LSS/Continuous Improvement experience required, in a chemical / food / manufacturing environment is highly preferred

Black Belt certification preferred

Willingness to travel throughout region at least 50% of the time
