Design and develop learning solutions using sound instructional design principles (e.g., adult learning, performance-based design)

Create a variety of learning assets, including:

Instructor-led training (ILT) materials

eLearning modules

Toolkits, job aids, and field-friendly resources

Participant guides, facilitator guides, and slide decks

Ensure learning is practical, concise, and focused on on-the-job application

Needs Analysis & Consulting

Partner with L&D and business stakeholders to clarify learning needs and performance gaps

Ask the right questions to determine whether training is the right solution

Translate business goals into measurable learning objectives

SME Partnership

Work directly with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and structure content

Challenge “content dumps” and help SMEs focus on what learners actually need to do

Manage timelines and expectations with SMEs

Standards & Quality

Apply L&D design standards, templates, and branding consistently

Ensure learning assets are accessible, scalable, and easy to maintain

Participate in content reviews and revisions based on feedback and outcomes

Support evaluation of learning effectiveness (reaction, learning, application)

Use feedback and data to refine and improve learning assets over time

Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes and tools

WHAT YOU’LL BRING\nRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience

3+ years of instructional design or learning development experience

Demonstrated ability to design learning for adult learners

Strong writing and content-structuring skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing learning in the corporate setting

Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies

POSITION SUMMARY\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Piping Superintendent to lead and oversee all piping activities on commercial construction sites. This role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, maintaining high‑quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO\nKey Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all piping installation activities on commercial construction projects.

Interpret piping blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure proper installation and system performance.

Ensure all work complies with local codes, project requirements, and safety standards.

Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to streamline workflow and avoid conflicts.

Develop and maintain detailed work schedules, track progress, and adjust manpower as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to uphold quality assurance and safety compliance.

Monitor labor productivity and material usage to control costs and meet project deadlines.

Lead daily safety meetings and ensure strict adherence to job site safety protocols.

Resolve field issues quickly and professionally to minimize project disruptions.

Maintain thorough and accurate records, including daily reports, timekeeping, and material tracking.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing/piping trade.

Minimum 4 years of proven supervisory experience in commercial mechanical construction.

In-depth knowledge of piping systems, including domestic water, sanitary systems, and medical gas installations.

Strong ability to read and interpret piping blueprints, specifications, and related trade documents.

Familiarity with major mechanical trades and their associated drawings and installation practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise multiple foremen.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with teams, clients, and vendors.

Proven ability to manage schedules, direct field crews, and meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Must have a valid driver's license.
