Amazon Connect is one of the fastest growing services in the history of AWS and a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry.

The Principal GTM Partner Specialist must be a seasoned CCaaS professional with experience creating and driving differentiated strategies for business growth with third‑party partners. They will own and develop the partner strategy specific to Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators, and resellers, operating in a cross‑functional team to deliver results globally.

Key Job Responsibilities

Develop the GTM partner strategy for Amazon Connect's Global System Integrator (GSI) partner business.

Own strategic initiatives that contribute to our global partner go‑to‑market plan. Measure and report on how owned initiatives impact the business.

Engage strategically with GSIs, SIs, and resellers to negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive mutual goals towards growing Connect consumption, including establishing clear revenue targets, go‑to‑market commitments, and joint business plans that align partner incentives with Amazon Connect's expansion objectives.

Work with GTM specialists, sellers, partner teams, and service team to develop scalable partner sales plays to drive toward growth targets.

Determine and iterate on internal and partner‑led routes to market.

Work closely with the service team to influence roadmap priorities and help bring new AI features to market.

Collaborate with product managers and sales to identify, replicate, and scale successful sales campaigns for new and existing services.

Work closely with sellers, solutions architects, and partners to understand blockers to growth for the Connect AI‑driven omnichannel solution.

Maintain a reporting cadence to the cross‑functional team to elevate issues, address blockers, communicate changes, and iterate on strategy.

The Seller Growth Team is a growing business-tech team, focused on accelerating the growth of Sellers by providing tools, insights and recommendations that enable them to make better and faster decisions at each step of their journey. Our Sellers are both small and large businesses, who rely on success in the Amazon marketplace for their livelihood, and who we treat as our Customers. We build software solutions with WW Sellers WW.

As a Sr. Product Manager, Technical (PMT) on the Seller Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy and execution for products that empower Amazon's third-party Sellers to grow their businesses successfully. You will own seller-facing analytics and recommendations products and will be responsible for defining the vision and measuring the success of these experiences.

You are an expert in technical Product Management and have the ability to develop technical products of the highest quality. You will work closely with engineering and science teams, designers and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the Seller experience, streamline operations, and drive business growth. We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

Extensive experience in technical product management, including the ability to define and execute a clear technical strategy for complex products and systems.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles, system architecture, data analytics, and product development methodologies.
Strategic thinking and vision with an ability to define and communicate a compelling technical product vision, align stakeholders, and drive execution towards measurable business goals.
Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on understanding the needs and pain points of Amazon's third-party Sellers.
Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in leveraging data and analytics.
Cross-functional collaboration with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Domain knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by third-party Sellers preferred.

About the team

The Seller Growth and Development (SG&D) team helps Selling Partners (SPs) WW grow their businesses through: 1) generating and vending Data and Analytics, including providing timely business input and output data to enable their daily operations, and creating analysis and insights to enable their success, especially in the critical areas of new product introduction, customer engagement and loyalty, and profit optimization, and 2) delivering relevant, actionable, consistent, and trusted Recommendations across SP interfaces (e.g., Seller Central, AM tools, Seller App, API) to help Sellers grow their business and achieve greater success in our WW stores. Our Data and Analytics products include Business Reports (BR), Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA), Product Opportunity Explorer (OX) and Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA). Our Recommendations products include Manage Your Growth (MYG) and Explorer Selling Programs (ESP). We rely on Growth Consulting (GC) and UX Research to elevate the voice of the Seller and influence the prioritization of resources to ensure the delivery of the highest value features and tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learning
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
