Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.\nApproaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the sales lot.\nExplains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects and describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.\nKnows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer.\nCompletes sales orders and processes paperwork (including insurance information, trade title, etc.) to finance and insurance manager.\nPrepares sold vehicles for customer delivery and ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.\nIntroduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department and schedules first service appointment.\nFollows up on all post delivery items and maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.\nQualifications

No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).\nMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.\nMust be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.\nMinimum 3 years of recent experience in car sales with a proven track record of success.\nMust be able to work every Saturday 9 am - 6 pm.
