Key areas of Responsibility

Set the example to foster an environment of a more judgment-free creative world, by producing and testing a high volume of insights-based content.
Lead the development and execution of creative content rooted in insights for a variety of clients, including executing independently and responsible for overall output of the creative product.
You will mentor and manage a full creative team of 15+ people, including designers, writers and creators.
Collaborate with inter?agency departments and teams to develop a variety of content needs that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs, etc.), and delivers on measurable business results for your client.
Operate as quality control and brand steward for the creative team, and liaising between the team and your senior manager, including the Group Creative Director.
Act as a dotted line to senior leadership, including C level stakeholders, to ensure creative excellence and meeting of brand objectives.
Lead the development and growth of each team member, providing evaluation, mentorship, counsel, and determining assignments and incentives as needed. Monitor performance and progress, and manage up to the leadership team when needed.
Must understand, articulate, and strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices, always seeking the next opportunity for your brands.
Attend client meetings and be the voice that communicates creative vision and processes, bringing stellar presentation skills to the table.
Work to streamline creative processes to improve team structure at a wider level, providing input on wider operational systems as needed.
Actively support and participate in new business projects.

Experience / Knowledge Required

10+ years of advertising experience, developing and creating digital/social strategies, and campaigns. Bachelors degree a plus.
Mastery of industry and digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of design, platform, industry, and creative trends, in order to articulate and strategically apply to creative executions.
Exceptional management experience leading large teams, including ability to qualify, prioritize and delegate workloads for your team.
Experience building strong client relationships and building confidence as a leader who can manage work while successfully interpreting their brands.
Partner with clients to help them understand ideas and act as a guide in any situation, while able to pivot thinking and adjust style when necessary.
Be adaptable, understanding and enforcing that a big idea can come from anywhere.
Have a strong creative vision and understanding of client/ agency business needs and objectives, with a strong understanding of a brand in different spaces.

Áreas clave de responsabilidad

Dar el ejemplo para fomentar un entorno creativo más libre de juicios, produciendo y probando una gran cantidad de contenido basado en conocimientos.
Dirigir el desarrollo y ejecución de contenido creativo basado en ideas para una variedad de clientes, incluida la ejecución independiente y responsable del producto creativo.
Dirigirá un equipo creativo completo de más de 15 personas, incluyendo diseñadores, escritores y creadores.
Colaborar con los departamentos y equipos interagenciales para desarrollar una variedad de necesidades de contenido que cumplan criterios creativos y estratégicos (brieves de clientes, comentarios, KPI del cliente, etc.) y brinden resultados comerciales medibles para su cliente.
Operar como controlador de calidad y administrador de marca para el equipo creativo, y enlace entre el equipo y su gerente senior, incluido el director creativo del grupo.
Actuar como una línea punteada para el liderazgo superior, incluidas las partes interesadas de nivel C, para garantizar la excelencia creativa y cumplir los objetivos de la marca.
Liderar el desarrollo y crecimiento de cada miembro del equipo, proporcionando evaluación, tutoría, asesoramiento y la determinación de tareas e incentivos según sea necesario.
Debe entender, articular y aplicar estratégicamente las últimas plataformas, la industria, las tendencias creativas y las mejores prácticas digitales, siempre buscando la próxima oportunidad para sus marcas.
Asistir a las reuniones de los clientes y ser la voz que comunica visión creativa y procesos, llevando habilidades estrellas de presentación a la mesa.
Trabajar para agilizar los procesos creativos con el fin de mejorar la estructura del equipo a un nivel más amplio, proporcionando información sobre sistemas operativos más amplios según sea necesario.
Apoyar y participar activamente en nuevos proyectos empresariales.

Se requiere experiencia / conocimiento

Más de 10 años de experiencia en publicidad, desarrollo y creación de estrategias digitales/sociales y campañas.
Dominar las mejores prácticas de la industria y digitales junto con un sólido conocimiento del diseño, plataforma, industria y tendencias creativas para articular y aplicar estratégicamente a las ejecuciones creativas.
Experiencia de gestión excepcional en el liderazgo de grandes equipos, incluida la capacidad de calificar, priorizar y delegar cargas de trabajo para su equipo.
Experiencia en la construcción de relaciones sólidas con los clientes y confianza como líder que puede gestionar el trabajo mientras interpreta exitosamente sus marcas.
Colaborar con los clientes para ayudarles a entender las ideas y actuar como guía en cualquier situación, al tiempo que pueden orientar el pensamiento y ajustar el estilo cuando sea necesario.
Ser adaptable, entender y hacer cumplir que una gran idea puede venir de cualquier lugar.
Tener una fuerte visión creativa y comprensión de las necesidades y objetivos empresariales del cliente/agencia, con un sólido conocimiento de la marca en diferentes espacios.
