My Wireless requires the following Qualifications to be considered for the role of a My Wireless Retail Store Manager:\n1 year management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry\n1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)\nAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)\nDemonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)\nAbility to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)\nHighly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)\nBilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)\nBachelor's degree (Preferred)\nRetail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)\nExperience prospecting through outbound calls.
