Formal Education required:\nMinimum of a 4-year degree with the preferred focus in Human Resources Management, Business or related field required. Master’s Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.\nSPHR/PHR Certification is a plus\nExperience required:\n10 plus years acting in a HR Business Partner capacity, with progressively responsible experience in all disciplines of HR Management.\nExperience working in a high activity manufacturing, or similar, environment strongly preferred.\nSpecific Skills required:\nAbility to use logic and methods to analyze, diagnose, and solve problems.\nA relationship focus, with the ability to establish strong relationships in order to become known as a trusted advisor to leadership, local and non-local HR team members and employees across the organization.\nAbility to connect and understand the workforce and help leaders understand their unique needs.\nFlexibility to adjust and change as the facts of a situation unfold.
