Lead quality improvement initiatives with a focus on quality metrics, outcomes, and reporting\nDevelop and implement performance metrics aligned with CMS, state licensing agencies, HRSA regulations, and accreditation standards\nCoordinate quality improvement and risk management activities for accrediting, licensing, and certification surveys\nUtilize quality assurance and quality improvement methodologies to measure protocol compliance and sustain survey readiness\nAnalyze data to identify trends, resource utilization, and opportunities for improvement\nSupport clinical audits and inspections, including readiness preparation, inspection management, and audit response activities\nEducate providers and staff on regulatory guidelines, standards, and best practices\nMonitor cases to identify trends and emerging quality or risk issues and present findings to appropriate committees\nCollaborate with leaders and medical staff to develop and implement action plans, including participation in peer review\nAssist department leaders in developing improvement plans in response to identified deficiencies\nMaintain documentation related to audits, monitoring activities, and follow-up actions\nProvide leadership, coaching, and performance management for quality and risk management staff\nPromote excellence in customer service through consistent and timely communication\nMaintain strong working relationships with executive leadership and department leaders\nOversee clinical quality measure reporting and submission to HRSA\nCoordinate Joint Commission activities and monitor compliance, as applicable\nManage risk management processes, including incident reporting and aggregated data analysis\nProvide annual risk management training to the organization\nConduct risk mitigation activities and claims management, including FTCA coordination\nCollaborate with operations to support safety initiatives and emergency preparedness\nPrepare and present reports to the board of directors as required\nEnsure quality improvement and risk management plans are reviewed and updated annually\nPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required\nAdvanced degree in healthcare or healthcare compliance preferred\nMinimum of eight years of progressive healthcare experience with significant autonomy\nMinimum of five years of leadership experience leading independent teams\nActive Arizona license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure\nClinical background preferred; Registered Nurse experience strongly preferred\nDemonstrated ability to analyze processes and recommend compliance improvements\nProven track record of producing high-quality outcomes\nIf you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
