The Sales Associate is a key member of our customer service team who will exude energy that is upbeat and contagious. They will do what it takes to create a memorable impact on our customers through storytelling and authentic engagement. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for knowing our product inside and out and will be the expert in sustainable fashion, product knowledge, and personal style.

What you'll do:

Experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct to consumer retail brands preferred.
Omnichannel awareness and the ability to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
Adept with technology and apps.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with purpose across a variety of platforms.
Proven track record achieving personal results within a retail business; success reflective in consistently outpacing sales and performance goals.

Physical Requirements:

Available when we are open for business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs

Steamboat Springs High School is seeking a Technical Director for the Spring Play- 04/01/2026-05/05/2026

Stipend pay $3880.00 - $5,279.00 Depending on experience. Pay spread over season/3 payments
Position is seasonal and not eligible for benefits

The Theatre Technical Director of the Steamboat Springs H.S. would also be responsible to teach and supervise SSHS students in all technical aspects of theater production.

Primary duties:

Supervise, mentor, and teach students in all technical aspects of theater production. Includes but is not limited to:
Sound, lighting, effects, set building, stage management, props and costume management.
Convey knowledge to students and directors on best practices related to theater production at the high school level.
Ensure high safety standards for all SSHS productions.
Able to perform sponsor guidelines as provided by Athletic Director.

Qualifications:

Performing arts background with work in technical theatre.
Background working with high school students.
Ability to manage students, communicate responsibilities, and instill high safety standards.
Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preference for a degree in technical theatre and/or in teaching technical theatre.

SPONSOR GUIDELINES

In an effort to continue to ensure we provide adequate levels of supervision, the following guidelines must be followed:

1. Students must be supervised at all times.
2. Supervision ratios of 25 : 1 should not be exceeded.
3. The use of parent volunteers must be approved by the Activities Director/Principal. Those parents who supervise participants or provide supervision on overnight events must have background checks prior to working with students.
4. Activities vary greatly in supervision requirements. The Sponsor should work with the Activities Director/Principal to ensure adequate supervision is provided.
5. Parent volunteers may supervise students, but the activity sponsor needs to be on site and readily available.
6. At no time should parent volunteers be in a sole supervisory role. The Sponsor needs to be on site and readily available. This includes all components of a given activity i.e., practice, rehearsals, events, contests, hotels, transportation, restaurants, fundraisers, etc.
7. It is the Sponsor's responsibility to meet, check-in, and communicate with parent volunteers on a regular basis. This should occur after each event, practice, etc., or more often as needed. If the Sponsor becomes aware of any issues they will follow up with administration, parents, etc. If an emergency arises, the sponsor will follow Emergency Action Plans, as well as assume mandatory reporter responsibilities.
8. The Sponsor should be proactive in teaching appropriate behavior expectations before, during, and after practices and performances. This includes behavior expectations for all school sponsored trips.
9. Sponsors should work with parent volunteers to make sure they understand their role and responsibility as determined by the Sponsor, Activities Director/Principal.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

An incorrect decision made by this position could impact the district legally causing financial condition of district to be effected. Errors made in decision-making could potentially result in substantial cost to the District or damage the credibility of the District.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond professionally to questions from groups of parents, community members, commissions, colleagues and Board of Education.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, discounts, commissions, proportions, percentage, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract concrete variables. Ability to analyze and use data to supervise the delivery of instruction and the school improvement process.

Technology Skills: Proficient use of technology which includes: basic operations and concepts, word processing, spread sheets, internet usage, critical evaluation of information, data analysis, email, integration of technology.

Other Skills And Abilities: Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory in education. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and community. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form. Ability to copy, coordinate, instruct, evaluate and negotiate. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies. Ability to discipline students consistent with district procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee must lift items weighing 50 pounds from floor level to an elevation of four feet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
