Our Director of Engineering plays a critical role in ensuring our iconic property is operating at peak performance—from guest rooms and public spaces to building systems, safety, and energy management.

We’re searching for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in world-class presentation and maintenance standards.

Your Mission
Lead the Engineering department in maintaining, repairing, and enhancing all building systems, physical spaces, and facilities—while creating a culture of teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
✅ Oversee daily Engineering operations and property maintenance programs
✅ Lead, develop, and schedule the Engineering team with clarity and support
✅ Manage HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and energy systems
✅ Conduct preventive maintenance and property-wide inspections to uphold brand standards
✅ Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective services
✅ Develop, manage, and forecast departmental operating and capital budgets
✅ Ensure regulatory, safety, ADA, and environmental compliance at all times
✅ Support exceptional guest experiences with timely, polished problem resolution
