Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale technology platforms or infrastructure products, ideally serving technical users (DS/ML Eng/Software Eng).

Strategic Agility:

Ability to make data‑informed decisions amid ambiguity, and to drive clarity and alignment across competing priorities.

Strong track record of influencing across a complex organization, aligning stakeholders with different incentives and constraints.

Execution Excellence:

Ability to translate strategy into delivery through strong roadmapping, dependency management, and operating rhythms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 10+ years of related experience in data/data science or technology product management

Prior experience effectively managing large teams

Master’s degree preferred

Preferred:

Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks, AWS, and/or Airflow in enterprise data/AI environments

Preferred:

Experience working in Financial Services (or similarly regulated environment) within a large, matrixed organization
