Primary point-of-contact for Exclusive Retail sub-agent business partners, admins & owners/operators.\nCollaborate with sub-agents to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets to achieve or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Exclusive Retail sub-agents and staff to ensure effective collaboration, support, and alignment of sales objectives.\nConduct regular documented store visits to monitor sales activities, assess performance, and provide ongoing feedback, training and development opportunities.\nDrive the adoption of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.\nAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for sales improvement.\nPrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Director of Exclusive Retail & the ELT.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, outside vendors and the Total by Verizon teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.\nStay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively coach the sub-agents.\nQualifications

You have excellent communication and a positive attitude.\nYour background has a good sense of operations and retail management.\nProven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry working with the dealer/sub-agent channel.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.\nAbility to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.\nFlexibility to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends.\nProficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nBachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience is preferred.\nAssociates Degree with 3-5 years of retail management experience is also acceptable\nWhy Join Us
