Job Description\nJackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond is accepting applications for dedicated, motivated, ultra savvy sales professionals to join our selective BMW sales team. This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge and guidance, lease/finance structures, and client interaction.

We offer competitive pay with kick start base salary plus commission pay plan during your structure training period.

Responsibilities

Helps clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to find them the perfect fit for their transportation needs

Provides product demonstrations and test drives

Guides potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle

Works with management to structure leases/purchases

Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer network

Acquires knowledge of the BMW product line

Attends product and sales training as necessary

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

At least two years of relevant experience preferred

Must be motivated for success

Proven customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Neat, clean, and professional appearance

Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
