10+ years of design experience, including significant ownership of strategy for complex, consumer-facing digital experiences. Bonus: experience in health tech, wellness, or other high-engagement industries (e.g., ideally experience at companies like Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Apple Health, Peloton Digital, etc.)\nProven track record of delivering design work that drives both business outcomes and user delight.\nMastery of user experience, visual design, and interaction design principles, with an exceptional design portfolio.\nExperience setting multi-year design vision and scaling design systems across multiple product areas.\nDeep empathy for users and an ability to translate their needs into elegant, highly personalized solutions.\nExpertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).\nExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners\nReporting & Work Arrangement
