About The Role： We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Fontana, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-volume communication and connections. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Chinese and comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously. Source candidates for multiple open positions across the nation Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews Manage and maintain an accurateand active talent pipeline in ATS Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding coordination as needed A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required due to business needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required due to business needs Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable handling frequent phone calls and interviews Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently
