Responsibilities
Write up Repair orders, look up recalls, follow up on parts orders, track completed repairs and assist Manager.
Schedule Mobile Service appointments, call customers and various tasks related to Mobile customer service.
Communicate directly with Used Car technician and Management team to facilitate repairs and maintenance on our lot vehicles.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Qualifications
2 years of Automotive service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, Ford Certification a plus but not a necessity
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications
Valid FL driver's license and clean driving record
