Overview

nVent Electric plc’s Electrical Products Group is seeking a Product Sales Manager for the Southeast U.S. Region to drive sales, market penetration, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Identify leads and establish contact with prospective customers. Maintain relationships with existing accounts and discuss technical product needs. Travel to customer sites 50% of the time, including overnight trips. Assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions and provide recommendations. Monitor market activity to generate new sales prospects. Provide feedback on sales activities, terms, competitive and market issues. Generate sales reports and forecast industry activity. Present product offerings at trade shows, customer meetings and support marketing strategy. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience selling engineered or industrial products. Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field is preferred. Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Strong initiative, independent work style, excellent sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Oracle, Salesforce. Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time. Benefits
