
Conduct regular visits to accounts and build relationship; Ensure brand presence and provide ongoing support
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores, vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners within your territory
Assist in local campaigns, events and promotions such as Cash & Carry events and Happy Hours
Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights
Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory
Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, territory performance, and business development opportunities
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
2–3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus)
Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable traveling regularly within your assigned region
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Experience in vape industry products or regulations is advantageous
