$40,000 – $45,000 (actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors)

Overview Snap‑on Credit LLC is the financial arm of Snap‑on Inc., a $4.7 billion, S&P 500 company and leading global innovator in tools, equipment, diagnostics, and repair solutions. From the headquarters in Libertyville, IL, Snap‑on Credit provides financing to technicians, automotive‑technology students, and shop owners for the purchase of Snap‑on hand tools, power tools, tool storage, and diagnostic products through our Extended Credit program.
Responsibilities
Receive and resolve complex transactional information from field sales personnel
Review, process, and troubleshoot customer credit applications and contracts
Support field sales personnel professionally and efficiently to enable seamless financing transactions
Exercise due diligence with proper documentation and audits on customer applications and purchased contracts
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a workload with multiple tasks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships and be a team player
Meet or exceed targeted call quality assurance and other performance requirements
Related finance‑industry experience preferred
College coursework completed or in progress preferred

Hours 40 hours a week with rotating schedules covering the following hours:
Monday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm or 10:30 am–7:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm, 10:30 am–7:00 pm or 12:30 pm–9:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm, 10:30 am–7:00 pm or 12:30 pm–9:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm, 10:30 am–7:00 pm or 12:30 pm–9:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm or 10:30 am–7:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am–1:00 pm (roughly two per quarter; when worked, option of overtime or half day off)
Training for the first few months may begin as early as 8:00 am. Office environment, business casual dress code, occasional overtime may be required.
