Compensation $22 - $26 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Manage accounts receivable and daily deposits

Handle phone calls and separate mail

Assist with accounts payable tasks

File liens and manage credit card payments

Communicate with sales and dispatch teams

Resolve delivery issues and customer inquiries

Engage with customers on outstanding bills

Required Qualifications & Experience

Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payable

Organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work onsite in Yukon, Oklahoma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a similar administrative role

Knowledge of lien filing processes

Proficiency in handling customer service inquiries
