Director of Finance
Under the direction of the Chief Business Officer, organize, coordinate, and manage the accounting and budgeting operations of the district; perform necessary accounting work in the maintenance of financial records in all district funds; maintain and provide accounting internal control.
Experience Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required. Governmental accounting experience is preferred.
Education Targeted job-related education that meets the organization’s prerequisite requirements is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred; An advanced degree, CPA, CMA, or school business management certificate from an organization such as CASBO, FCMAT, or ACSA are highly desirable.
