Overview

The U.S. Consumer Cards (USCC) Analytics & Pricing team is focused on delivering best‑in‑class data strategy, analytics, pricing, payments and statement capabilities leveraging cutting‑edge tools, processes and policies (e.g. new AI tools). The team drives sustained, profitable growth across cards portfolios while balancing customer experience with business objectives and adhering to regulatory compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic data and analytics solutions: formulate and execute the USCC business analytics strategy while collaborating with stakeholders (IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Fraud) to build next‑generation data platforms and solutions that improve customer experience and foster sustainable business growth. Advanced pricing policy development & optimization: drive creation of comprehensive pricing policy recommendations based on customer insights, financial forecasting, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment, balancing profitability, operating expense, and customer experience. Lead and innovate in advanced analytics: drive best‑in‑class digital analytical sophistication, innovating data sources and techniques for customer recognition, cross‑channel engagement, digital acquisitions, and client retention to enhance portfolio profitability. Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance: assess and mitigate risk in all business decisions, safeguard reputation and assets, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. Executive influence & strategic cross‑functional collaboration: drive cross‑functional review and decisions on policy recommendations, present to and influence executive leadership (including C‑Suite), and lead strategic collaboration across the organization. Functional strategy execution & business impact: manage execution of functional strategy, determine implementation approaches, and contribute to future strategic direction by directing initiatives aligned to business goals and managing revenue and expense drivers. Strategic leadership & high‑performance team management: lead and develop multi‑geographic teams, provide thought leadership, manage project planning, and build a high‑performance culture focused on continuous learning. Qualifications

15+ years of analytical work experience in financial services and financial forecasting, strongly preferred, with experience in credit card pricing and deep knowledge of data science and card regulations. Strategic thinking and ability to frame business problems analytically. Superior analytical and practical problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization to both technical analysts and non‑technical business leaders. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A strong collaborator with demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional partners. Consistent follow‑through on actions and decisions. Reliable, results‑driven, execution‑focused and detail‑oriented. Ability to build strong networks and relationships across U.S. Consumer Cards and Citi. Analytical and conceptual thinker with ability to operate in “white space”. Highly capable in change management and proven experience in driving change. Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex and commoditized arena and able to operate in ambiguity. Self‑aware with ability to adapt to various situations. Strong people manager with recognized ability to bring in, develop, coach and export talent across the organization. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Location & Salary

Primary Location: New York, NY, United States Full‑time Salary Range: $250,000.00 – $500,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
