Position:
Brand Ambassador / Customer Service Representative
Work Setting:
In-Person (events, retail spaces, community outreach, and promotional sites)
Pay:
$18–$24 per hour + performance bonuses
What You’ll Do:
Represent our brand in a positive and professional manner
Engage with customers in person and answer questions about products/services
Build rapport and create a welcoming customer experience
Assist with event setups, promotions, and brand activations
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Maintain brand standards in appearance and communication
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality
Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, public-facing environments
Ability to work both independently and in a team
