Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of Client Engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in addressing unique customer needs
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus
