Manage warranty requests, including evaluation of validity, scheduling of repairs, and communication with clients.
Troubleshoot construction-related issues, utilizing a strong understanding of various trades and construction processes.
Maintain a detailed punch list of tasks to be completed, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.
Maintain regular communication with clients, tradespeople, and team members, providing status updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
Manage scheduling of tradespeople, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Carry out warranty repairs, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within the agreed timeframe.
Manage project calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed on schedule.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times, representing our company in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on customer service and project management.
Strong knowledge of various trades and construction processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot construction-related issues and carry out warranty repairs.
