Audit Associate
to join our team. This role offers hands‑on experience working with a variety of clients across industries, while being part of a firm that values collaboration, integrity, and professional growth.
Daily Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base
Perform fieldwork testing of financial statement accounts, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP
Prepare workpapers and document audit findings in accordance with firm and professional standards
Communicate with clients to request supporting documentation and clarify audit issues
Collaborate with team members and senior staff to ensure efficient and timely project completion
Contribute to delivering a high‑quality client experience through professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Working toward CPA license or plans to obtain (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in public accounting or a related role
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Location:
Greeneville or Johnson City
Salary: Compensatory with experience. This is a salaried position.
