Position Overview We are seeking a hands‑on Outside Sales Representative to grow our porcelain tile and porcelain slab business. This role requires field sales, relationship management, and physical handling and presentation of product samples using racks and sample stacks at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities Develop new business with dealers, fabricators, builders, contractors, architects and designers
Promote and sell porcelain tiles and porcelain slabs
Conduct in‑person sales visits, showroom demos, and job‑site meetings
Set up, organize, maintain, and replenish porcelain tile and slab samples at customer locations
Carry, load, unload, and arrange sample stacks and sample racks as required
Ensure samples are properly labeled, clean, and professionally presented
Manage assigned sales territory and achieve sales targets
Follow up on quotes, samples, leads, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with internal team on inventory, pricing, and order processing
Track sales activity and customer pipeline
Attend industry events and builder meetings as needed
Gather market feedback and competitor information
Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of outside sales experience (porcelain, tile, stone, or building materials preferred)
Comfortable with physical handling of sample stacks and racks
Ability to lift and move sample materials as needed
Strong understanding of porcelain tiles/slabs or construction materials
Existing relationships with fabricators or builders is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated and organized
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
Competitive base salary + commission
