**Education/Experience:** * Ability to teach others and lead by example.* Thorough understanding of mechanical components and car systems.* Owning and utilizing personal tools and equipment.* Knowledge of measuring tools and calipers.* Ability to follow specific and detailed procedures.* Strong ability to problem solve.* Basic fabrication skills.* Prefer basic machining skills.Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
