What You’ll Do

Oversee all daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and curb appeal.

Lead unit renovations and large-scale capital projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets stay on track.

Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality, safety, and aesthetic standards.

Implement proactive strategies to boost occupancy, reduce vacancies, and maximize revenue.

Own the property’s financial performance — from budgeting and forecasting to cost control and rent collection.

Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and cost‑saving measures.

Manage capital improvement plans that strengthen long‑term asset value.

Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing team of leasing, maintenance, and admin professionals.

Create a culture of accountability, empowerment, and growth through consistent coaching and recognition.

Be the face of the community — delivering unmatched customer service and creating meaningful resident relationships.

Plan and host engaging resident events that foster connection and satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws, including fair housing regulations.

Maintain risk‑management programs that protect residents, employees, and ownership.

Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to ensure top‑quality service and cost efficiency.

Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, holding them accountable for excellence.

What You Bring

3+ years of proven property management leadership experience.

Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of leasing, operations, and asset management.

Proven success managing renovations and capital projects.

Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations and fair housing laws.
