Together, we can shape the future.**Customer Services Representative** and become the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly—from orders to logistics and beyond.**Your Impact in This Role**As a **Customer Services Representative** your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving commercial, technical, and operational issues.* Manage customer onboarding according to company processes.* Handle order and contract management, including order entry, amendments, billing, and price revisions.* Provide commercial support by preparing offers, sending samples, and handling inquiries.* Administer accurate data in ERP systems and maintain shipment files for audit purposes.* Coordinate logistics activities, including transport planning, customs documentation, and complaint resolution.* Manage export processes, track shipments, and liaise with customs agents for overseas deliveries.**What You Bring to the Table*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics in an international environment.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in ERP systems - SAP knowledge required* Proficient in English and Spanish preferable**Benefits**Sibelco provides a premium employee benefits package that is designed to enhance the well-being of our employees and family members: medical insurance, prescription drug benefits, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan.Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
