ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2018 and lead a team of five, built on strong relationships, creativity, and a competitive drive to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and grew up around the insurance world, as my father was also an insurance agent. I attended the University of Illinois, where I ran track, and I’m one of four brothers - family, teamwork, and healthy competition are a big part of who I am. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and staying involved in entrepreneurial projects. ROLE DESCRIPTION Mitch Mammoser - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
