This is a part-time on-site role with an opportunity for full time employment. We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal who will be responsible for preparing and managing a variety of legal documents related to real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, assisting with title insurance matters, reviewing and drafting leases, and supporting residential and commercial real estate processes.
Atleast five years of residential real estate experience.

Experience in conducting Due Diligence and analyzing critical real estate documents Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and related documentation Experience with drafting and reviewing Leases for real estate transactions Familiarity with drafting real estate documents Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficient in legal research and comfortable with legal software and tools Paralegal certification or relevant education preferred Able to problem solve.
