What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role on Lancium’s legal team, providing legal support across the organization. This includes assistance with case preparation, document management, and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, innovative environment driving the future of clean energy and computing.
Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents including contracts, deeds, leases, easements, and closing documents
Assist with residential and commercial real estate closings from intake through post‑closing
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, clients, brokers, and other third parties
Draft correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision
Maintain accurate electronic and physical files for all legal matters
What We Want From You
Paralegal certificate or associate’s degree in paralegal studies preferred
2+ years of paralegal experience, with real estate experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Texas real estate transactions and terminology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
