Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8‑hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts; some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Sheet Metal Foreman include:
Planning & Administration – Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe‑fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources
Equipment & Materials – Orders materials, equipment, and supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries
Field Supervision – Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations
Job Site Presence – Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings
Project Manager Collaboration – Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the sheet metal trade
Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals
Ability to lay out and create simple drawings
Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
