Mysha Community Builder, Austin Hub (Contract) This is a contract role based in Austin (5-7 hours weekly)

About Mysha Mysha is a premium membership community for new, modern moms. We connect expecting moms to their village through high-touch online pods, thoughtfully curated experiences, and a deeply engaged community.

Founded by Marika Frumes, a community builder and entrepreneur, Mysha has grown primarily by word of mouth and now has members across the country, with strong regional hubs in NYC, Austin, Miami, and Austin.

At Mysha, we believe that motherhood is an expansion and life upgrade. We provide a curated space for ambitious, like-valued women to find connection, save time with vetted resources, and experience the meaning of genuine community. Our mission is to soften the transition to motherhood by fostering meaningful connections and authentic friendships.

We serve ambitious mothers in their 30s-40s (C‑suite, founders, creatives) who value authenticity and meaningful connection over transactional networking.

This role is for you if you already do this in your sleep.

You’re the person everyone knows. You’re the one making introductions at dinner, hosting the coffee walks, bringing women together without really thinking about it. You genuinely love connecting people— especially women in a big life transition — and you have a knack for making others feel instantly at ease, seen, and included.

If that sounds familiar, keep reading. You might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Why This Role Matters You will be the living, breathing embodiment of

Mysha , the human heartbeat of our Austin chapter.

You are the primary touchpoint for our Austin members (about 50 women): the person who makes Mysha feel warm, premium, intimate, and deeply personal. Through thoughtful events, meaningful introductions, and everyday community magic, you help transform expecting and new mothers into lifelong advocates.

This is a role that, for the right person, feels less like a job and more like a natural extension of who you already are.

You’ll be nurturing existing members and welcoming new women into the fold — because sustainable community only grows through genuine connection. You love meeting new people just as much as deepening existing relationships. You’re often described as a

connector , you radiate warm vibes, and are beloved by many.

In this role, you will:

✅ You will take ownership of the Austin member experience, ensuring our boutique, premium positioning is reflected in every touchpoint

✅ You will directly impact our Austin growth targets through exceptional event experiences, authentic community outreach, and member advocacy that attracts new members

✅ You will embody Mysha's "always be connecting" philosophy, creating meaningful relationships within our community and providing value to members through thoughtful connections
