Job Description: Our client is seeking an aggressive, in-house SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment and wants to build something meaningful.

This person is a true closer with prior SaaS sales experience (or deep signage industry exposure), confident running sales meetings independently, adaptable across blue-collar and highly analytical buyer personas, and energized by closing business and moving to the next win.

Responsibilities:

Own the full sales cycle for new business opportunities—from initial discovery through close. Once sold, it will be handed over to the implementation team.

Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistent follow-up cadence to drive predictable closes.

Attend and represent the company at select trade shows (~6–8/year).

Work closely with leadership on messaging, positioning, and real-time market feedback.

On-site presence in San Diego (Monday–Friday). This role is intentionally built around in-office collaboration, immersion, and real-time learning.

Base = $85k

Commission structure includes-

Escalating commission tiers (the more you sell, the higher each sale pays)

Projected Year 1 Earnings = $120k – $130k+
