Qualifications
Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
Experience maintaining client relationships.
Negotiated with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates.
Ability to handle new and renewal submissions.
Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
Overall account management.
Requirements
Proven customer service and sales skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to self‑direct the completion of job duties.
Must hold a Property & Casualty License.
