About the Role The Regional Sales Manager - Southeast is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the southeastern United States. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the region's unique market dynamics, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The manager will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders is essential to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer loyalty. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory management capacity.
Strong knowledge of the Southeast U.S. market and its business environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage remote or geographically dispersed teams.
Professional sales certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or similar.
