Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
Assist residents, applicants, and prospects with inquiries and concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures
Navigate multiple queues and service categories effectively
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Document interactions accurately in the system
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have skills:
- ["Bilingual Spanish English", "Customer Service", "Call Center Support", "Inbound & Outbound Calls", "Voice Support", "Resident Services Support", "Multi-Queue Handling"]
Bilingual fluency in
Spanish and English
(spoken and written) — native or near-native proficiency
Minimum
6 months of customer service or call center experience , preferably in voice support
Experience handling
inbound and outbound calls
Ability to manage multiple service queues, including:
Maintenance
Resident Services
Lead-to-Lease
Renewals
Strong communication skills with demonstrated:
Empathy
Problem-solving ability
Professionalism during challenging interactions
Flexible availability to work shifts between
9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
(two shift schedules)
