What This Role Is… The eCommerce Digital Content Supervisor supports the execution of onsite marketing content in alignment with campaigns, promotions, and business goals. This role works closely with the eCommerce Digital Content Manager and cross‑functional partners to build, publish, and optimize content that enhances user engagement and conversion. The Supervisor focuses on hands‑on content production, day‑to‑day prioritization, and performance optimization while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence across the site. This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality digital content that supports both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Reports To: Digital Content Manager

Location: Hybrid - remote/Tamarac Corporate Office

Department/Sub Department: Marketing/Digital Commerce

Salary: Starting at $60,000

What You’ll Do… As an eCommerce Digital Content Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be:

Content Production & Publishing –

Build, quality‑assure, and publish landing pages and content components within the CMS. Maintain ongoing content updates, post‑production tasks, and content refreshes, while supporting short‑term and seasonal content planning to ensure timely and accurate execution of deliverables.

Content Strategy & Development –

Develop digital content initiatives for eCommerce based on overall strategic direction set by the eCommerce Digital Content Manager. Support brief development, wireframes in partnership with creative, merchandising, SEO, and digital marketing teams while ensuring all content aligns with brand standards, campaign requirements, and UX best practices.

Workflow Supervision –

Provide day‑to‑day guidance and task direction to content producers or junior team members by helping prioritize workloads, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Support onboarding and training related to content production tools, workflows, and best practices.

Additional duties and responsibilities as the eCommerce Supervisor of Digital Content:

Data, Reporting & Optimization –

Monitor the performance of onsite content using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Share insights and recommendations with the eCommerce Digital Content Manager and assist with competitive research and content best‑practice reviews.

Campaign & Promotional Support –

Execute content uploads for promotions, product launches, and tentpole events, including building and updating campaign landing pages and promotional content. Coordinate timelines, approvals, and execution with cross‑functional partners to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

Adheres to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed, beyond those listed in the responsibilities. Changing business conditions may trigger changes to job responsibilities (i.e., COVID-19).

What’s Required…

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years of experience in digital content production, ecommerce, or related roles.

Hands‑on experience with content management systems.

Working knowledge of digital content best practices and UX principles.

Preferred Experience:

Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager, dotCMS, or Builder.io

Collaboration with creative, merchandising, or marketing teams

Work Environment & Schedule:

40 hours a week

Monday – Friday, with occasional nights or weekends as needed.

Hybrid work modal (3 days a week in office)

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged sitting and working on a computer

Technology Requirements:

CMS platforms (Shopify, AEM, dotCMS, Contentful, Builder.io, Wordpress, Magento or similar)

Figma (working knowledge)

Google Analytics 4

Microsoft Clarity or similar

Microsoft Office

Collaboration tools (Teams)

Basic video content publishing experience a plus

Certifications / Licenses

Google Analytics Certified

Valid Florida Driver’s License
